Instructions:
The advantage of an e-book is that you do not have to carry a bulky book around, and you can easily read only some core topics and continue to those sections which meet your needs. We suggest to read at least the following sections:

  • 1.5 up to 1.9
  • 3.1 up to 3.4
  • 4.5 and 4.6

Next, depending on your areas of interest you may e.g. want to read one or more of the sections in chapter 6, “Capita Selecta”. If you are planning to engage external consultants to help you with your culture, then please consult Annex 5. If you want to read more about how to collect qualitative information about culture in a reliable way, please go to Annex 3.

Next to the book you will find concise write-ups of the model. It may come in handy to print the one that suits you best, as an aid to digest this book; without having to memorize the model or to leaf back to refresh your memory. Of course, you are also free to print out the whole book. Printers are patient, just a matter of putting sufficient paper in the printer. Enjoy!
